To precious Hotel staff of Rimonim Galei Kinneret, at 28/08/11 - 08/26/11we spent the weekend at your hotel, it was wonderful, relaxing and refreshing. We wanted to thank you for the warm personal attention and care to every detail so that the vacation would be perfect. Especially wanted to thank you, for let us stay at the hotel along with Liz, the seeing eye puppy in training guide, which is not Self-evident We know that the little puppy in the hotel corridors, in the dining room, by the pool does not look normal. We hope that we haven’t cause trouble for employees or guests of the hotel (and perhaps vice versa), and we hope you will allow accommodation of guide dogs at your hotel in the future, for the blind community.. Happy New Year, Dorit Greenstein, Hagay House and Liz

I would like to thank you and your team at the Galei Kinnereth for a most wonderful weekend stay. Everything was simply amazing. As you know, we were traveling for the weekend with 25 family members from abroad to celebrate my son’s bar mitzvah. We chose the Galei Kinnereth due to its reputation for excellence and frankly, because of its reasonable rates. Well, the feedback from the family was instanteous. The faciliites were lovely; the rooms were comfortable; the view from the rooms overlooking the sea was breathtaking; and the food was excellent. Our guests loved the hotel so much, that I received a request on Friday night to cancel our tour on Saturday so that everyone could enjoy the many immenities Of the hotel including the beautiful pool, the private beach and of course, the spa with the fabulous jaccuzzi, which our guests (and I) visited at every possible free moment. Well, no, we didn’t cancel the tour, but we did modify the Sunday schedule so that our guests could enjoy more of the hotel as requested. I’d have to say that my favorite part was our private Friday night candle lighting ceremony and the subsequent Friday night dinner. We sat at the most lovely Shabbat table I have seen in my life. It was situated on the deck outside overlooking the sea. It was rectangular and covered with fine white linen. It was large enough for all to sit comfortably and with plenty of space. It was also configured so that everyone could see each other: one big, happy family. The evening entertainment was also delightful. When the sun finally set and dinner was over, we moved to the cocktail tables on the deck and enjoyed drinks and the talent of a local musian. The staff at the hotel was professional, friendly, efficient and extremely attentive. I felt like I had a “team” looking after the best interests of our party. For all these reasons and many more, our stay at the Rimonim not only went smoothly but also was tremendously enjoyed by all, including the hosts, me and my husband. Our guests were happy, so we were happy. The only thing left to do was to relax and have fun. Now that’s my kind of party. Again, we would like to express our warmest gratitude to you and your team. We are looking forward to visiting you at the Galei Kinnereth again, hopefully sooner than later. Wishing you well and continued success.

We have just returned from a week in Israel – and as you know we started our break up in the Galilee. It was indeed a pleasure to be welcomed back to the Galei Kinnereth Hotel in Tiberias. The staff made us feel welcome and remembered us from last year [not sure if that is good sign or not – we must have made some sort of an impression on them all last time !!]but is was just what we needed to get our trip off to a good start. I met the Guest Relations Manager and Duty Manager and expressed our thanks for the kind hospitality and time – but if you could also convey our thanks and gratitude it would be appreciated. I will certainly be pleased to recommend and promote the Hotel in anyway I can. Last night I was with Travel Agents in Bristol and tomorrow I am in Edinburgh – so I made a point of highlighting the Spa and relaxation possibilities of the Hotel. Thanks again and regards to all in the Rimonim Team.
