We, Ben Yair family, held a family event "Shabbat Chatan" on 6/25/11, this Saturday at the hotel. I and our guests had a great time this Saturday, starting from the service, receiving the rooms, to our departure from the hotel on Saturday night. The Service, from Mr. Fisher was great, receiving the rooms from Mrs. Hazan, and on Saturday the treatment from Mr. Shaddie and the waiters staff who contributed to the success of the event. We received warm greetings from our guests on the special Sabbath, due to the attitude and courteous from the service, professional and personal management team received, and the waiters polite and pleasant. Therefore, we want to express our appreciation for your contribution to the success of the event, and to express our thanks. We could not ask more than what we received and we did well to chose Rimonim Jerusalem to have our family event. Thank you and Congratulations. Association "Olam Hesed", founded by Rabbi David Pinchas Ifergan Shlita holds many events in different places. note that this is the first time that hold an event at the Rimonim Chain.. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for their warm and gracious care that we received during our stay at the Rimonim Jerusalem. Members of the charity world community have expressed complete satisfaction with the service, food and attitude. On a personal note to you Roger, thank you for satisfaction and responsiveness to our needs raised even at the last minute, Made our stay from good to excellent. Volunteers who worked in front of you, informed me that you have concern to every little detail with a personally and charming welcome. Keep it up.
